Alhamdullilah, by the grace of the Almighty we helped concert and were a party to one of the most outstanding events we have held to date.
We would like to convey our deepest and sincerest thanks, first and foremost, to Imamia Medics International with whom we collaborated to see Sunday’s event, which was held on the subject of “Stress”, reach fruition; for without them none of that would have been possible. Secondly, we would like to thank the speakers; the IMI team and Sayed Ali Raza Rizvi (the President of Majlis e Ulema Shia Europe) for having happily taken pains and travelled so far to enlighten and educate us. And we would also like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all those who attended, specifically those who came from afar from the communities of Glasgow, Dundee and Aberdeen. And last but by no means least, we would like to thank all of our respected guests; Reverend Tambu, Kenny MacAskill MSP, Mark Lazarowicz MP, Malcolm Chisholm MSP, Cllr Andrew Burns, Cllr Adam McVey, Cllr Shabbar Jaffri and Iain Stewart, each of whom very kindly accepted our invitation and joined us in Sunday’s (23/03/14) function.
