This morning, SABS Chairman, Shabir Beg, joins Police Scotland Chaplaincy, the Revered Neil Galbraith, members of Police Scotland, the RAF Association – Glasgow Branch and others at Cathcart Old Parish Church, to pay their respects to PC Andrew Harper who was killed in the line of duty. We remember the departed, their family and friends.
