SABS Director General Imam Razawi was present at a convening of the European Council of Religious Leaders, to prepare for the World Assembly of Religions for Peace, which took place in Brussels.
Close to a 1000 religious leaders and representatives from across 100 countries are slated to take part in the World Assembly in August.
The themes which will be covered are; ‘Protecting the Planet’, the concept of ‘Positive Peace’, ‘Transforming Conflict’, ‘Building Just and Harmonious Societies’ and ‘Sustainable and Integral Human Development’.
In attendance were executive members from the Abrahamic faiths and the Dharmic faiths.
