This morning more food provisions were delivered by SABS to Help the Homeless, Glasgow, a non-profit group who go out regularly to distribute food and other essentials to homeless people in Glasgow. The Trust has been supporting food banks with essential provisions for the needy and vulnerable. Today’s donations will be shared between the HTHG Dinner Ladies to use in their cooking for meal runs, Shabana Rauf and the ladies at Punjabi Kitchen and to Asma Ali who are all cooking food for the vulnerable in hotels. It will also be shared with Amanah Project Glasgow to help them continue their work supporting families in need and those placed in accommodation across the city.
