Imam Hussain Day being commemorated by the pupils of the Scottish Ahlul Bayt Society’s Islamic Schools in Edinburgh and Glasgow. Imam Hussain Day occurs on the 12th October annually as a day for Scots to remember the life and teachings of the Holy Imam (ع).

It is indeed pleasing to note that Imam Hussain day was observed by the pupils of the Islamic Schools, managed by the Scottish Ahlul Bayt Society.
I want to thank and congratulate the dedicated teachers for their time to prepare and impart Islamic teachings in these schools. Your reward for this noble work is with Allah (SWT).
I also want to commend the parents who send their children to these schools and ensure their participation on regular basis. The support of the parents gives us the confidence to continue and improve upon this service.
May Allah grant us all the Tawfique to serve His cause. Āmīn.
