Sunna Kaleem of the Scottish Ahlul Bayt Society joins the Pause for Hope Service organised by the Glasgow Churches Together held at Our Lady of Lourdes, Cardonald, along with guest speakers the Reverend Leslie Edge, Chaplain, and Gillian Sherwood, Director of Clinical services from The Prince & Princess of Wales Hospice. An Ecumenical Service bringing together in prayer those affected by all forms of cancer, to remember those lost to cancer, to pray for those with responsibility for providing and allocating resources and scientists searching for a cure. In parallel with the foundations of SABS’ cause, it was an honour to have offered prayers together with others as a single unit for humanity and its healing.
