05/02/17 – SABS Director-General and Chief Imam Sayed Razawi in Edinburgh speaking to the community on the topic of spirituality; understanding it and the importance of nurturing it within us. The event was organised, coordinated and hosted by SABS’ Youth Committee. The turn out was fantastic, and all came to be enlightened on how to practically cultivate high human virtues and qualities within ourselves in accordance with the pristine Islamic teachings. Our relationship to creation, and the need to exhibit mercy, justice and compassion to all was underscored. A huge thank you to all who attended. Our thanks also extend to Sergeant Scott Kennedy, Edinburgh Police Division for speaking to the community of the Shared Vision Your Decision initiative.
