The Edinburgh Ahlul Bayt Society at the Eid dinner at Celtic Park, Glasgow (17/10/14) having been cordially invited by the organisers; The Consulate General of the Republic of Iraq in partnership with the Scottish Iraqi Society. Our thanks are to them all for organising the prestigious event, affording us the pleasure of attending and seeing the ties we share develop and strengthen in solidarity with one another. We were honoured especially to have met there H.E Ambassador Zaid Nori Consul General of the Republic of Iraq, Faten Hameed, Chair of the Scottish Iraqi Society, and Scottish Labour leader Johann Lamont, And we further look forward to engaging with them in the future.
